Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Rick had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! When our current technician was not responsive we went with a strong referral from our parents after Rick replaced their hot water heater. He had a new unit installed and running less than 24 hours after we contacted him. I didn't know who to go to, to get a new water heater installed. I asked around and two different friends who dont know each other said get Rick Lucas Plumbing, he's great. So I called on a Sunday and he came out, then went and got the new water heater, took the old one out, put in new fittings, made it safe, and was done in less than 3 hours. He explained everything, showed me all the valves, how it operates etc. He did a beautiful job! He was efficient and friendly!! I highly recommend him!! I am so happy I chose him.
